Raaid Hossain is a General Partner at The Pay It Forward Companies, where he co-founded the firm with a mission to invest in companies that make the world a better place through their impact.

With more than a decade of operational experience building high-performance teams, executing mergers and acquisitions, and developing growth strategies, Raaid brings an operator's perspective to investing.

In addition to his role at PIF, Raaid is a Venture Partner at Tribe Capital, where he focuses on supporting portfolio companies. During his time at Tribe, he played a role in raising and deploying more than $1.3 billion across multiple funds in a leadership capacity.

Prior to Tribe, Raaid co-founded and served as CEO of Wiser, growing the company from zero to 85 employees in four years. He later led M&A, revenue, and strategy efforts as the business was acquired by private equity.

As an angel investor and advisor, Raaid has worked with early-stage companies across technology and other sectors. Raaid is focused on using technology and entrepreneurship to create durable positive impact while helping founders build stronger businesses.

Omar Chohan

Omar has more than twenty years of senior leadership and operating experience across finance, global trade, manufacturing, investment, restructuring, and technology.

Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades with SAC International Steel, ultimately serving as CFO and President of Global Trade and Operations. During that period, he helped build an international division from a business plan into a global operation with approximately $500 million in annual revenue, 200 employees, and 14 offices across multiple countries.

His work included global supply chains, trade structures, currency and risk management, procurement, manufacturing, and corporate operations across Asia and the Middle East.

After returning to the United States, Omar launched Luxsant, a global management consulting firm serving ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, venture firms, private equity groups, and operating companies. Luxsant's work spans accounting, internal controls and audit, due diligence, M&A support, distressed asset restructuring, and cross-border advisory.

Omar is also a Partner at Deciens Capital and Tribe Capital, a Co-Founder of PIF Advisory, and a Co-Founder and General Partner at The Pay It Forward Companies.

He serves as CEO and President of ZoomHash, a data center operator focused on digital asset hosting and mining. In 2022, he took ownership of PXP Financial, a regulated global fintech operating across the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
