Omar has more than twenty years of senior leadership experience, capped by his tenure as CFO of a multinational investment and trading firm focused on metals and commodities.
During those years abroad, he was charged with building an international division from the ground up. He took it from a business plan to a global operation with roughly $500 million in annual revenue, 200 employees, and 14 offices. He served as CFO and President of Global Trade and Operations and spent significant time living and working across Asia and the Middle East.
After returning to the United States, he launched Luxsant, a global management consulting firm that now employs thirty nine professionals across six offices.
Luxsant handles accounting, internal controls and audit, due diligence, M&A support, restructuring of distressed assets, and cross border advisory work. The firm serves ultra high net worth families, family offices, venture firms, and private equity groups around the world.
Over time, Omar’s work with clients has evolved into long term partnerships where he often co invests as an angel or helps manage funds and operating companies.
He is a Partner at Deciens Capital and Tribe Capital, a Co Founder of PIF Advisory, and a Co Founder and General Partner at Pay It Forward Company. He also serves as CEO and President of ZoomHash, a large scale data center operator focused on digital asset hosting and mining.
In 2022 he took ownership of PXP Financial, a regulated global fintech that processes more than 40 billion dollars in annual transaction volume. PXP operates across the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Its unified payments platform supports enterprises with intelligent routing, real time insights, and a modular architecture that allows businesses to control and scale their payments infrastructure.
Earlier in his career, Omar held leadership roles in manufacturing, supply chain, valuation, global tax strategy, and corporate restructuring. He served as Managing Director of SAC Global Fashion in Malaysia where he led the design and launch of an eighty thousand square foot manufacturing facility in less than a year.
Before that, he spent nearly two decades with SAC International Steel, rising to CFO and President of Global Trade and Operations. There he expanded the business into fourteen countries, established global supply chains, executed complex trade structures, and managed currency, risk, and procurement strategies across major markets.
